Ingredients for the dough
1 cup semolina flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
Oil
water
Take plain flour, wheat flour, salt, little oil and water in a mixing bowl. Knead a dough. Apply some oil and make it smooth. Keep it for 10 minutes to set the dough.
In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, grated cheese, finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and prepare the stuffing.
Take a portion of the dough, cover it with dry flour and roll it into a medium sized loaf. Cut it in half and divide it into two. Take a portion of it and make a cone shape out of it. Apply water to the edges to seal them. Add the stuffing inside the cone and seal the edges with water. Prepare all samosas like this.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas. Fry the samosa well so that it does not remain raw. Make samosas nice crispy and golden brown. Your cheese paneer samosa is ready.

Basmati rice - 1.5 cups
Paneer - 250 grams
Butter - 1 tbsp

Black pepper - 5 to 6

Green peas - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2.50 cups
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Method of making
To make Matar Paneer Pulao, take 1.5 cups of basmati rice, wash well and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Take 250 grams of paneer, cut it into small cubes and clean the paneer with the help of a tissue. Put the pan on gas, add a spoonful of ghee to fry the paneer (shell fry) and heat it well.
Add paneer pieces to the pan and fry well in ghee on medium flame until golden.
Once the paneer pieces turn golden, remove them to a plate.
Add 1/4 cup cashews to the pan and fry well until golden. Once the cashews turn golden, remove them to a plate.
Put the cooker on gas, add two spoons of ghee and heat it well.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, two bay leaves, one big cardamom, four small cardamoms, 1 chakraful, four cloves, 5-6 black pepper and two cinnamon sticks and fry on low flame.
Add a finely chopped onion and saute on medium heat until light pink in color.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and fry lightly. Add one finely chopped carrot, 1 cup of green peas and fry lightly.
Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste and mix well.
Add soaked rice (drain excess water before adding) and fry for a few minutes. Add paneer and cashews roasted in ghee, 2.5 cups of water, mix gently and bring to a boil.
When it boils add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, close the lid and cook on low heat till one whistle.
After one whistle, cook on low flame for 1 minute and after 1 minute, switch off the gas flame and let the cooker pressure release completely.
Once the pressure is completely released, remove the lid and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and drizzle ghee on top.
Now your perfect pea paneer pulao is ready.
